Introduction of Aluminum Foil Coffee Bag

Aluminum foil coffee bag is one of the most popular small bag packaging for baking coffee beans and coffee powder on the market. Aluminum foil bag has excellent barrier performance and is easy to be processed into different packaging forms, which has won high evaluation in practical application. 

Aluminum foil is a thin metal sheet rolled from aluminum alloy. Ink can be printed directly on the surface of aluminum foil to carry some information of the product, but this is not the case if it is used for coffee packaging.

If there is no outer film protection on the foil, the foil may crack and even cause serious damage to the package, so it will not be used. Therefore, we will have to laminate aluminum foil with other plastic film materials to realize multi-functional aluminum foil lamination, and then convert it into the final coffee bag. In general, we will need a 3 layers foil laminate to achive our expect.

Outer film - printing substrate

Some base films can be used as outer information bearing layers, such as PET, PA, BOPP, KPET and ceramic coating film. Because the barrier performance mainly depends on the intermediate aluminum layer, the mechanical stability and printability of the film are better than other properties. Among them, transparent PET film is the most ideal substrate film, and its advantages are as follows:

• High transparency
• Excellent printability
• Excellent mechanical stability during production
• High temperature resistance
• Chemical resistance

For most of our coffee packaging, the outer film layer is mainly PET film.

Middle aluminum layer- high barrier

When aluminum foil sheet is trapped between, it can not only work as a higher barrier layer, but also as a rigid bone layer in the meantime.

Inner sealing layer

There are kinds of film materials to be optional to realize sealing purpose in the inner layer, such as LDPE film, LLDPE film, mPE film, ionomer layer. Considering the cost and adaptability, LDPE film and its modified family find its wide application on the inner layer.

This 3 layers foil structure can meet the requirements for coffee packages from 100grams to 5 kilograms, with some difference on the package thickness.

B: Raw material(thickness)
C: Size: L*W*H, if you can provide artwork would be perfect
D: Surface Finish: Printing, varnish, hot stamping etc.
E: Quantity: We accept small order if our current products is ok for you. Just contact us.

2-Are you factory?

Yes, we are factory, but not just a factory, as we have sales team, own designers, own showroom, can help buyers to decide which products are their best choice.

3-How to ensure the products quality?

Owing advanced equipment, The QC staff will be regularly checking the products in production and count the products in stock every day. Making sure that every items is qualified.

4-How to ensure the correct rate of design?

Before placing the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation in firstly, next to check the sample effect again, and then carry out to the mass production.

5-How to get the sample? What’s the sample charge? How many days will be spent of the delivery?

Sample of our stock could be free. (1- 5pcs) And customized sample will collect sample fee, it will be refunded once confirm the order. (Used as deduction for payment)
The normal sample will be sent Within 7 working days.
